The X-Pole Sport Plate Mount will work only for the 45mm Sport (static only) model.
The mount replaces the ceiling dome and makes the pole more secure. The pole can be disassembled as needed with only the mount remaining permanently attached to the ceiling.
The plate mount needs to be drilled into a stud/beam. Screws are included.
